ans. Meets energy conserving standards.

2. What is the most widely use desktop computer casing?
ans. Tower

3.What is the power connector to a PATA HDD commonly known as?
ans. SATA Power connector

4. What is the power connector to a floppy drive commonly  known as?
ans. Berg connector

5. Which  device form factor should you decide first before selecting a desktop computer case?
ans. Motherboard

6.What is PCI and its purpose?
ans. -Peripheral component interconnect
       - Is an interconnection system between a microprocessor and attached devices in which expansion slots are spaced closely for high speed operation.

ans. Overclocking is technique used to make a processor at a faster speed.

ans. Throttling CPU is a technique used when the processor at less than the rated speed to conserve power.

ans. Hyper-threading is a term used by Intel to describe their technology which makes a single CPU core appear to the operating system as two CPU cores.

15. List 3 different between SRAM and DRAM.
ans. -The number of pin on the mother board for the ram slot
       - DRAM is a memory chip used as main memory but SRAM is used as cache memory
       -SRAM is much more faster than DRAM and does not need to refresh.
